I was referred to 2 Real Estate Companies to get my home sold. Jessie called and sent a text so I setup a meeting. He listed my home on a Tuesday and had a full price offer on Friday. I considered taking the offer but Jessie wanted to get me more. I waited for 5 additional showings. Another offer came in over the weekend for 12k higher than the cash offer.
